Yours Truly

Yours Truly (fluorescent ink that glows in the dark)

Sabrina Barrios created an innovative painting during the Just Residence/Banco Santander Foundation in Malaga, Spain. Yours Truly (2016) shows a geometric code, created with fluorescent ink that is almost imperceptible in the daylight, but glows in the dark. The audience witnessed its visual power at Just MAD 7 contemporary art fair, in Madrid.

As part of her process, the artist does a thorough research on ancient history, alchemy, cosmology and quantum physics, that is then translated into tactile and emotional paintings.

Yours Truly, along with 11 other paintings (see post below), depicts portals to hidden dimensions, symbols that relate to prehistoric lost civilizations and ways to travel in time.
